01 Erin introduces herself to classmates in the classroom

生徒: おはようございます。
Students : Good morning.

 担任: おはよう。
Teacher : Morning.

担任: 2年6組 (にねんろっくみ)。ここが、きみのクラスだから。
Teacher : Second year, class six. This is your class.

担任: ほら!チャイム、なってるぞ! 
Teacher : Come on! The bell is ringing!

生徒: だれ、あの子 (あのこ)?
Student : Who's that girl?

生徒: 転校生 (てんこうせい)?
Student : A new student?

担任: しずかに!
Teacher : Quiet!

生徒: 起立!礼! (きりつ!れい!)
Student : Stand up! Bow!

全員(ぜんいん): おはようございます。
All : Good morning.

 生徒: 着席 (ちゃくせき)!
Student : Be seated!

担任: 留学生 (りゅうがくせい)のエリンさんだ。今日(きょう)から半年間(はんとしかん)、この学校(がっこう)で勉強(べんきょう)することになった。みんな、よろしくたのむな。
Teacher : Everyone, this is Erin, an exchange student. She is going to study at this school for six months from today.  I want you all to welcome her.

エリン: はじめまして。エリンです。イギリスから来ました(きました)。日本(にほん)のことをたくさん勉強したいので、よろしくおねがいします。
Erin : How do you do? I'm Erin. I'm from the U.K. I want to learn all about Japan. I'm pleased to meet you.

担任: じゃあ、きみの席(せき)はあそこだ。 藤岡(ふじおか)、いろいろ、教えて(おしえて )やってくれ。
Teacher : Well, your seat is over there. Fujioka, please show her around.

さき: 私、藤岡咲 (ふじおかさき)。 
Saki : I'm Saki Fujioka.

エリン: ふじお......
Erin : Fu-ji-o... ...

さき: あ、“さき”でいいから。よろしくね。 
Saki : Oh, "Saki" is fine. Nice to meet you.

エリン: はい!
Erin : OK!
